When you request a loan grouping, it is important to provide several documents that allow your contact to understand your profile, and thus have a complete file. By requesting the team of experts, like any intermediary, information related to your marital status, your income, but also your real estate situation or your current credits will be requested. Here is a list of the documents to provide for a study of your request, as well as the interest of the various elements requested.
Documents related to your marital status
To be able to establish a clear and precise proposal, you must start with basic information: who are you? The first documents requested will therefore be a copy of the identity card (or passport) but also of the family booklet if you have children, or of the divorce decree if this is the case.
Documents related to your income
To understand what leads you to request a loan buy-back transaction, and a further spreading of your debts, you need to have a vision of your budget. Hence the importance of knowing your income first. Several documents will be required to know the state of your current income, but also your past finances. The idea is to establish a trend, and to properly assess your needs.
The documents requested regarding your income will therefore be the last three pay slips (and / or any pensions). You will also have to present your last tax assessment, as well as your current employment contract. In the absence of an employment contract, all supporting documents for pensions or allowances (such as family allowances) will be necessary.
Documents related to your accommodation
If you are a tenant or owner, the consolidation will not be done in the same way. Indeed, a property that you own (repayment of the credit in progress or already cleared) can be integrated into the repurchase (repurchase of mortgage) or even be put as collateral. It is important to communicate your situation:
- If you are a tenant: provide the latest documents attesting to the rental, namely the last receipt for rent, the last accommodation tax, and finally an energy or telephone bill;
- If you are a landlord: provide the latest housing tax, and an energy or telephone bill (as for a tenant). Also remember to attach the last property tax.
If the redemption you are requesting will include a mortgage, then you will also have to add the full title deed, as well as the house insurance receipt.
Documents related to your current credits
Since you are looking to consolidate your credits, this means that you have at least one consumer loan (or more) in progress. Provide supporting documents for all your loans. Credit offers, but also amortization schedules and the latest account statement are essential. This information will be used to calculate the amount of credits due, and therefore the amount of the proposed project.
Documents related to your bank
In order to assess your ability to honor your new monthly payment, and to find a healthy situation, it is important finally to provide a statement of the last three months of all your bank accounts. By understanding your budgetary management, and by establishing your debt ratio, it will then be possible to provide you with a complete and suitable offer.
When you make a request, you must do so with confidence. It is important that you can trade with confidence. The teams are particularly attentive to this point. Personalized advice is provided to you, with a dedicated contact. The documents collected as part of your request are not kept thereafter, nor transferred to third parties.
